Recommend a restaurant ... and taxi

We are moving to Moraira from the UK on 2nd September.

As you may imagine things are a bit hectic at the moment :)

On 6th September we will be celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and I'm looking for somewhere special in or near Moraira for a memorable dinner with great ambience, ideally with sea views...

As I may be sharing a bottle of champagne I need to consider transport so if you know of a taxi service where I can book online or if they speak English (we don't speak much Spanish) please let me have contact details.

For the taxi, you can either call at the taxi rank in the town and ask them to pick you up, or there is actually a website; morairataxi.com. where I guess you’ll be able to pre book

Regarding your celebrations, there are a number of options that would meet your criteria of “sea view”. El Chamizo; across the road from Telitec. There is what was Blue Waterfront, a bit further up the road. It’s just changed ownership and I can’t recall the name. I’ll let you know if I find it. Another option is Le Dauphin in El Portet. There are others but those three spring to mind. 🤪🥂

& think about a nice bottle of Cava ( or two!) rather than champagne. & congratulations. V

Remembered! Blue Waterfront is now Restaurante Amante. Appears to be getting good reviews. Should be good; part of the Premium group. Stunning location. We’re hoping to get back in September
