Good evening

Can anybody please recommend a professional contractor to help with sourcing origins of water leak in garden and remedy the issue?

Thanks

Tim

i had a water leak in my garden but it was under my driveway and its a 100 meters long, i just replaced the hole pipe and relaid it to the side of my drive under the soil, the pipe was plastic and about 30 years old, i repaired it once but it leaked further along, so i decided to change the whole lot.

I also had the same problem of a leak somewhere in my line..  In my case the meter is 800m from our house and all that pipe is my responsibility. It ran down the side of the road and was inaccessible in a number of places.

In the end we replaced it all at quite a cost.  We made sure it was buried deeper than half a metre (the original was only 6ins deep) but it has still been dug up three times in as many years. Just recently it was dug up again they left it running all night and it cost me €90 on my next bill.

Don't ask if the offenders offered to pay up because you know the answer.  The joys of living in Spain.  I suppose I have to be grateful that they even bothered to fix it.

Many thanks for the various replies. Moraira Plumbing & Heating attended the next day, sourced the burst pipe, fixed it and then repaired the tiles which they had been obliged to break into to identify the leak. First class job at a good value price.

That is the sort of solution I would have liked.  Well done.
