I will be using 1.1727 euros to the pound sterling as the average exchange rate for the whole of 2022.
I get this from the European Central Bank website. The link below is for the Statistical Data Warehouse section of the website, specifically 'Eurosystem policy and exchange rates/exchange rates/reference rates'.

If you look down the page, you'll see a series for the 'UK Pound Sterling / Euro' by annual quarters 1999 to 2023. You can take the figures for the four quarters of 2022 and work out an average to get to my figure.
