If you live in Spain for more than 90 days at a time, you have to apply for residencia.

If you live in Spain for 183 days or more in a year, then you become fiscally resident and have to pay tax here on all your income, irrespective of where it comes from.

Once you are in receipt of the UK state retirement pension, then you can ask DWP for form S1, and transfer health cover from the UK to Spain. Otherwise you will need private health cover.

Look at Jim's Guides in the menu bar at the top of the page. They should answer all your questions.
