Think iv just been through all the things you are going through as iv only been here a couple of months myself.
House (buildings and contents) i got from office in town its directly opposite mercadona cant remember the name now but sure the shop begins with an S! It has 2 desks and a lady and man in there. She speaks some english. Mine was about 250euros for the contents and building! Very quick and easy to do.
