I am looking to move to spain and have seen a property in Muro Id like to view at easter. I would not be comfortable driving on the other side of road.Thanks Julie M
I really do not think that location will suit you. I know it well and driving would be essential. Lovely area because it doesn't have trams or trains! Alcoi and Concentiana are both nice towns but you would need to drive.

do you know a good town nearby that has a bus connection as house prices cheaper here obviously that is why

i think i’d be ok driving on the country roads to a town initially but will take time to drive on main roads. i could drive to a local are town if it has a bus connection but i’m not finding any

There are buses to Cocentaina, Alcoy and Valencia from Muro. There is also a local taxi service

Hi In Agres it has a bus service not frquent and you need to book it. It has a train service, more frequent and goes to Alcoy and the other way you can get to Valencia with a change. Expect to pay about 75€ for a taxi to Alicante from Alcoy but nothing goes direct from around this area. Friends are plenty in this area, there is a large Expat community and language exchange. I have been in Agres Campo for 2 years and made lots of friends who are also very helpful. Regards Peter
