We are buying on Le Cumbre Del Sol completing next month which is 10-15 minutes drive outside Moraira which is well worth a visit. There are lovely villas around Moraira which is a stunning coastal little town and we have sea views on the mountain and a beach 5 minutes drive away.

Hi Sara
Thanks for your reply
It sounds nice there and I must admit it is not a place we have looked at. How does it compare with Moraira and Calpe on price
Also which estate agents did you use, would you recommend them ?
Best regards
Jon

Hi Jon
We are using Ana from Watkins & Wilson which is in the centre of Moraira next to lovely coffee shops and there is free parking which Ana can advise you. She knows the area well and has been amazing with everything. Moraira is more expensive but there are urbanisations all around and Ana showed us around.
Good Luck!
Hi
We moved to Oliva two years ago, and love it here. We rented first, to decide where we wanted to be, and then bought a house. We are in the old town, with a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is about a 40 minute walk, 10 minute drive, or there are buses there. There is a good ex pat community, if you are on Facebook, you can join the Oliva Tattler for lots of information, and there is also an Oliva U3A. We have made a lot of friends, and have a very good social life.

Hi Guys
I am thinking of coming over to buy a house in Oliva. It looks great.
My only slight concern is quite a few reports from a few years back c2015 - that there are lots of burglaries and disruptive neighbours in the old town.
Judging from your message - this looks not to be the case anymore ?
