Language school and intercambio

Hi all,
I have a home close to Rabdells beach. I have been made redundant in the UK, and I am thinking about popping out about March 2020 for a month or two by myself.
I don't want to sit alone all day, so I want to do an intense Spanish course (I could get to intermediate before I come out).
I have found a couple of links, but they no longer work.
Does anyone have any suggestions? And I don't mind travelling a short way outside Oliva.
Also do they do intercambios in town anywhere?
