Searching for a Holiday Home

Hello, my first post so needing lots of advice please :~)

We are looking to buy a Holiday home in the Oliva area, we and our three Grown up Children can use regularly . Would like it to be as close to the Beach as possible with a little outside space and at least three Bedrooms. Does anyone know of anything ? Can anyone tell us anything of the area ? Mainly Spanish ? Lots of Expats ? Any help or advice greatly received and many thanks in advance.

The first thing to ask is have you visited the area before? There is lots of property for sale in and around the Oliva area, I would suggest getting in touch with a local estate agent. We have recently purchased a property, but it took a few visits to decide exactly where we wanted to be.

We bought our property from the Casa y Cia agency in the centre of town, there are two owners I think, one British, one Spanish. they have lots of property on their books and Carl, the British owner was incredibly helpful throughout the buying process.

Sadly everything now is much more difficult for obvious reasons.
