Hi I've seen a property that I'm interested in purchasing, it is bank owned and the estate agent has said the price is set not negotiable? Is this usually the case for bank sales? Also is their anywhere I can find out past sale prices of a property eg like zoopla in the UK? Many thanks D

The agent is correct, price set by the bank is non negotiable. Ensure that your res fee and deposit are being paid to the bank not to the agent.
