Property in La Font d'en carros

Hi, We have a property in La font d'en carros, It has been in the family for some 34 years and is now owned by myself and my wife. At the moment it is used as a holiday property but we have the intention of using it a lot more as the years go by. we are looking at getting some costs to have air con and english tv installed and later broadband telephone line etc. Saw the forum and thought it was better to ask the advice of locals who may know of reliable contractors to supply this. We will be visiting the property in October so coule meet air con installers then. As far as Tv supply goes that is 100% required and could be installed in October.
