Electricity supply in Parcent

I have two questions I hope someone can help me with:

The office of CHC energia opposite L’era is shut Does anyone know if it has closed down or just moved to another address?

Is CHC energia the only electricity supplier in Parcent? My bills seem so very high and I also received a high bill when the house was empty due to Covid we couldn’t get to Spain

CHC energia are now located at 14-18 Avenue de pego, the block of apartments just down from the Parcent doctors surgery, CHC are near the entrance of the building with large glass window their name is written on the glass.
