We will be installing an irrigation system for our garden this year but need an agricultural water supply before we begin. We already have a stand-pipe for it in the garden but have no idea how to get it activated (we have checked to make sure there is no water there already). If anyone can point us in the right direction we would be very grateful!
This may be a place to start with. I'm sure if it is not the right place they will be able to advise you.
