we are looking for someone/couple to undertake the maintenance/checking of our 2 bed holiday home in Campoverde together with the cleaning/laundry after our visits as our usual couple are returning to the UK

Hi
we have a two bedroomed place on Calle Menta in the new development
wont be there next until May and then come several times a year but are looking for someone reliable to air the place before we arrive/ clean and laundry after we leave
also keep an eye on it and open windows/flush loos monthly
ideally to also keep small garden tidy
what sort of fees are you looking for - obviously you'd need to see the place before finalising anything
