Hi, I have a couple of moles / freckles etc which my wife is insisting should be examined as she has some concerns about them. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated as we are hoping to be re-united with our beloved torre de la horadada , once again next month. Thanking all in anticipation.

Hey 2024 John, if your wife wants you to get it done quickly which I guess she will and quite rightly so then I guess you would have to get it done privately. I have had private health care and have used Quiron on other side of Torrevieja. They are excellent in my opinion. I have had ski tags removed and regular skin checks although hardly ever go in sun but better to be safe. My husband has had a couple of dermatological things done privately. As far as I can remember last year, the first appointment is around 120€ and if you need further appointments they may be free depending on what needs doing. So I would recommend having a private consultation first

Thank you. I will check out Quiron. I have private medical insurance here in Ireland so I will have to see if they will cover a visit to this clinic. Fingers crossed.
