Hey there,
Am an Irish guy moving to Los Montesinos at the end of February. I have been curious about Yoga for years but never went beyond that. Am totally inflexible and want to improve this. Decent level of fitness as I play a lot of tennis. Would I be able to join your existing group or do you have a date for the next beginners group.

Hi Sean
This is fairly new group to the area so you would be in good company. When you're ready just contact me via the forum or via Flying Fitness Horadada. You would be more than welcome to join us at anytime that suites. We start a new class here this week, mainly expats however some have asked for a delay as the don't get back until February.
