Where do we get the Form 790 code012?

Sorry can't help u with the question but if you're not aware if you become full time residence in Spain you lose all entitlements in UK like nhs services etc, I looked into this as I was going to do the same when I move over permanent later in year but not going ahead with it now, just saying, u might know anyway.

.We need to get residencia to get a permanent SIP card which then gives us access to full Spanish medical cover.We are pensioners and are already registered with a doctor at the local clinic but if we need to be refered for any treatment at hospital,we need a full SIP card.

Whether this will change if today's referendum votes to leave the EU is another matter.

We have now solved the problem of the form790 code012  which we were having trouble with.

Hi, you used to get them from the police stations who do the nie, however they no longer supply the 790 forms which were 3 part NCR forms, you now have to download them from the internet, fill in as a master then take 2 photocopies, you take all three copies to the bank where they will process and stamp each one, they return the master and a copy to you and keep one copy themselves, the master is used for the residency for the police, it costs just over 10 euro to do this at the bank yourself.

We have managed to get the forms but will need to get photo copies because no one has mentioned that we need so many! We have been to Playa Flamenca twice now but we're not told that we needed three copies.This does make sense but why can't people tell you when you ask or even more helpful would be to issue the forms when you apply.

Anyway,after the EU referendum voting to leave ,we may not even be able to proceed with our application.

Hi, so many people give conflicting info sometimes, if you do decide to go ahead, just print out 3 copies and write each form, if you don't fancy writing out three forms many of the Kodak stores will photocopy for you for approx 20cent, I got my nie a couple of weeks ago but in the Valencia area

.We do have a printer/copier so it's no problem to get them but it would be nice to be told they were needed in the first place.

We got our NIE numbers several weeks ago but got someone to help with that and went to Murcia and all done in two days.

We have an appointment for the Resedencia on 4th July so will just have to wait and see what happens then.

Going to get our nies next week. Had the understandning that was done ar the police, is that not so any more? Have our documents, but need 3 copies also to get the NIE?
