We have just bought in the Lamar Resort and have recently been informed that we will have to pay a Non Residents Tax. Can anyone advise on this: How much it is and how do we pay it.

Helen, if you have just bought you do not pay non residents tax this year.
Your non resident tax is due to be paid before the end of 2019, you will be due from the date of purchase to 31/12/2018 and will not receive a bill. We were in your position last year and as we weren't confident we used an English based company called Spanish Tax Forms Ltd, you send them your details and they email back the completed forms that you print and take to the Bank to pay, they are very helpful and only charge around 35€, Google their website, now we know what we need this year we can do it ourselves.
