Looking to rent studio or small apartment in Punta prima for 2 months

One person studio or small apartment required around Los Altos area for my dad from mid May for around 8 weeks.
He wants to be nearby to his friends who stay just off Calle Escorpiones, close to McDonalds, so something in that area would be great. Non smoker, very clean and tidy and can manage some steps but not loads. Doesn’t need pool or gardens but small outside space would be nice.
I am doing the search for him and look forward to finding something suitable.
