Looking for winter rental for retired lady, using solely for popping back and forth when the mood takes me, only 2 retired people most the time, my sister and or my hubby. Needs to be ground floor or with lift due to walking problems, defo needs shop nearby for everyday essentials, beach not so important but pool would be nice, can get previous rental references and pay 2 months upfront and a deposit to be held by owner for utilities as I do not have a Spanish bank account, reasonable please as on a pension Valina
