Property wanted to rent: Wanted to rent, 2 bed bungalow or ground floor apartment

Hi,
My partner and I require a ground floor apartment or bungalow For long term rent 1 year plus. We can provide references from our previous landlord who after 4 years has decided to sell the property. We have no pets or children and live a quiet life.
We are not really concerned where the property is located but would prefer the following areas, Villamartín, la Zenia, punts prima, playa flamenca, Cabo roig, or Mil Palmeras.
