Hi there, 

We are looki g to rent out our holiday home. 

What is a ‘short rental license’ and how do you obrain it? What are the other requirements to take care of and what are the costs?

You’ll also have to declare any income to the taxman, and pay approx 20% tax - not sure on how the UK personal allowsnce affects this, ther’s plenty of people on this forum who will be able to give you more accurate information than me!

Ask your current legal or fiscal rep if they handle applications on their clients' behalf.
