I am made up that La Vuelta starts off in Torrevieja this year. I would also like to see the start of stage 2 from Benidorm & the end of stage 3 at Alicante. Will there be special buses laid on for these? I know that the traffic in and around the stages will be restricted & quite horrendous on the day. Also, does anyone know where I would find the actual route maps for these stages?

Just Google “La Vuelta 2019” and you find what you are after. I viewed the routes not long after the official announcement for the tour was made.
