Hi I am a registered nurse with thirty years experience. I am currently learning Spanish and am seeking part time employment. I would like to use my Diabetes management and clinical skills ideally in a clinic setting. I have worked in various public and private healthcare settings. I have sent several CVs and emails but would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

First priority learn Spanish which you are doing.

I am assuming you are an RGN  this is recognised in Spain. However, I suspect if you want to focus on chronic case management you will probably need a Spanish add on.

Believe it or not Spain has got an over abundance of Nurses to the extent most are moving abroad to secure work. So this may negatively impact  you,  also Spain is a healthier Country so the Type 2 rate is a lot lower than the UK, so you may have to cover other areas such as COPD, HF  etc.
