Hi, we have bought a villa in Atalya park Rojales and looking for a cost to build a pool. We stay in Scotland so would need to go to property to look at our space and give us a quote.

I think that you would need permission from your town hall before any work was to commence.

Estimate 15-20k for an inground pool, subject to size and permissions.
I think a great option is an above ground pool surrounded by a large decking area; no permissions needed for that as far as im aware.
Check out Pinterest and search for images as there are some amazing designs and its easy to get to pipework if needed; may even come in closer to 10k
