COVID requirements on flying back to Tenerife

Hi, friends of mine are visiting from Tenerife, they are due to fly back this coming Monday, do they need to have any tests before going to the airport. They are Spanish residents (NIE) and both have had one vaccination. They are flying with Ryan air.
