Hi Brian, I can't thank you enough for your detailed and thought provoking response to my message. It is obvious that you have spend a great deal of time and effort, it is very much appreciated. With the help of others who have kindly responded, I've selected 5 Estate Agents in the area that have been recommended to me. I've prepared a fairly detailed questionnaire, and asked them to provide the information and answers to my questions. I already have a Spanish Solicitor, he is currently transferring ownership jointly to my brother, sister and myself.

Once I have the responses from the Estate Agents, I will then compare and evaluate them. One of the most interesting points you have brought to my attention, is to make it clear between the Solicitor and Estate Agent as to whom will be responsible for each item of legal paperwork, certificates and documentation.

thanks again Brian, wishing you all the best,

Very grateful

Derek
