Can anyone tell me where I can get a health form before we come over in a fortnights time. I think we need it before we can enter Spain with this Covid 19 going on. Can we download it before we fly and where can we find it? Thanks

Hi,

there are a few posts on the website covering the Spanish Health form requirements. The site is at https://spth.gob.es

The form can be completed at any time but cannot be finalised until 48 hours before travel. I have filled out and completed mine for travel to Alicante tomorrow, seems quite straightforward. I had a form from Ryanair today but it is a different layout to the Spain Travel Health form. Friends of ours who travelled to Malaga on Friday with Ryanair said they had to fill out another form at Malaga airport as the Ryanair one was not accepted.

I flew into Alicante with Ryanair on July 9th. I got form via email from Ryanair. It was checked over on arrival.
