Hello there Josie

I just saw your post concerning rubbish and furniture clearance. In my building a Bulgarian family live who deal with old furniture and second-hand goods for restoration. They live on Avenida Robleda 2, Sol 4, Bottom floor, Door 9. San Luis. It is the junction between Calle Purcell and Calle Mozart. They are not the undesirable type so need to worry. I wouldn't mention it if they were. You could allow them to take the furniture or any other items needing clearance if they also remove the rubbish.

I hope this has been helpful

Regards
