Please I have looked at a villa in San Luis. We are a family of 7 2 grandparents and 3 small children included in this party. Is there enough to do in walking distant on flat level ie restaurants/bars/ supermarkets. We didn’t really want car hire as there is 7 of us.

 Thank you in anticipation

Angela

Hi Angela

Are you asking about going on holiday or living there?  If for a holiday then what time of year are you visiting?

In San Luis you would be reliant on the bus service to get into town (Torrevieja) or down to the beach.  There are local shops.  If you are not planning to hire a car you may be better to look in Torrevieja itself or areas such as Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia where you would have many amenities within walking distance and be close to the beaches too.  Whatever you rent please double check it is licensed as a holiday let - if it isn't licensed it is illegal let (so not insured either and may not meet minimum standards).  Our own property is already fully booked for the summer.
