Covid testing for air travel

Hi everyone,
I am hoping to fly back very soon from UK and wondered if anyone knows of a good testing company that will guarantee the test back before flying.

How much did it cost I just e mailed a clinic in grand Alicant they want 140.00 pretty steep I thought has to be PCR test for USA
