Hoping someone can help, last year purchased holiday home in Santa Pola (at last) just over the road it now looks like the derelict land is going to be built on (no problem with that) my question is, is there any way we can find out what's being built, have had a look at the town halls website, but could't find anything and there is no company info on the site

calle bailén

Just making sure we have the correct street …..Calle Bailen is a tiny little street near the  La Matera restaurant ( bottom of Calle Mar) There was a house knocked down there not long ago on the corner by the tabacalera.  They have just started on the new build which I believe is a small block of flats.  I’m pretty sure I saw something on idealista.

Try asking in the tobacco shop, the guys working on the rebuild job probably go in there for their fags!
