when i was down in june i met some irish people who said that they went to a gentle Pilates class near the harbour but i cant remember where they said the class was. it was in the morning at 11 and they said it is really good. would be obliged if someone could help me thanks. also looking for recommendations for a physio if anyone can help me, thanks again

The gym on the marina is called Gimnasio Mar Sport (gym & yoga) .
The pictures/information on Facebook and google are a bit out of date. I have never used this gym myself but it has been refurbished recently and looks fantastic. Maybe this is the one you are looking for?

I can recommend really good Pillates and Yoga classes in Santa Pola at Fem Dansa C/ San Antonio 23 with Toni.The classes are most days at different times.. The teacher is lovely and speaks Spanish French and English everyone is very friendly.I have been going there for many years so I can highly reommend it..

There is a class at 4:30 which is Pilates and a yoga at 8pm.. I will check and let you know.
