I attend the Happy pilates class in Santa Pola on a Tuesday and Friday morning from 11.00 to 12 noon. The cost is €8 per session or €45 for the month. I have been going for 2 months now and am feeling the benefit. Never done it before but with all my aches and pains with arthritis and osteopenia it was recommended to me. It is a gentle form of pilates and Paula, the instructor, knows her stuff. I would certainly recommend giving it a try to see if it is what you are looking for.

I live in Santa Pola and i am 69 years old. I want to do Pilates. I have no illnesses, however i have no core strength.
