Hi Maggie

further to my saying last week I would phone BF to check my guest uses, I spent 4hrs Saturday and Monday on 5 differrent phone nos and never got answered once. I ended up amending my March 13th booking to August thinking I would qualify for their flexi upgrade offer but no wouldn't let me paid £200 extra and lost our 4 previous meals. Very annoyed, hoped by phone an agent could have either recompensed us for lost meals or wavered the £20 fee for amending, but no never got through. Still need to find out if our 15 uses have been used up but can't put hrs on their phone. Will keep updated if I can still offer you our no.
