Hi, don't laugh, bulb has gone in our rental, tried pulling the three tabs but these do not move, the globe does twist but do not want to use any force as it's not our apartment, can anyone tell me how to remove the globe so I can change the bulb.see photo of the globe.

Thanks in advance.

Looks very much like one we've got in our toilet room, except the three white plastic clips on ours are pointy, not square-ish. They twist around through 90° to allow you to slide out the glass disc covering the bulb. Obviously keep one hand on the glass to stop it dropping!

They may just be covering screws.

Some types one of the three is on a spring and pulls out just enough to get the shade off.

Hi, this was the case, when I tried to pull these the first time nothing moved, I threaded a lace through to get a better pull and as you say one of the clips moved just enough to get the globe out, mighty strong springs in Spain, thanks all for the help.
