There is a requirement in the regulations that all licensed properties display the official red plaque.
I don't know any specific places in the Moraira/Teulada area but where I am the local smaller ferreterias have the correct template for printing them (not the bigger diy stores), so maybe ask at a couple.

The question was about getting the official plaque, which is not the same as the license document. The plaque cannot be photocopied, it has to be printed by someone with the correct template and correct coloured vinyl.

Fair enough, if he had mentioned plaque I would have answered differently. He mentioned licence. It's obvious you can't print a plaque!
