Hi Eileen, I also have arthritis (Osteo) and fibromyalgia and have seen an improvement since I have been here but, sadly, not in July and August when we have very high humidity. Within days of being back in the UK I am struggling so I know where I would rather be!

My grandmother had early onset osteoarthritis and she found the heat made it worse
