Hello again,

Well decision made, my house goes on the market this week, I have decided to long term rent, maybe 6 months 12 months who knows, but a bit of a problem I think where would I find maybe a bungalow 1/2 bedrooms who would allow a dog, not bothered about swimming pool, but walking distance to beach, 1-2 km.

Any help, hoping for quick sale but who knows looking at maybe September as have browsed rentals and find most long terms are from September onwards.

Hi Melissa - We are looking at taking a long term rental on our La Zenia Townhouse from September. We are happy to allow a small dog but would like to know the breed. The house is in a quiet side road and walking distance to all amenities Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Banks. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes by car. The La Zenia Boulevard is through the park at the bottom of the road. The price is 800 Euros per month. Here is the link.
