Animal passport needed, flying can be expensive, so we got a pet transporter it takes longer but mich more comfortable for the pet,we were lucky, able to traveled with ours, but if you fly while pet travels with a transporter you must hand the pet over and be at the other end to to collect your pet when it arrives, all safe and sound,we came over with our 2 cats and 2 dogs, this way, and often if their heading this way alreadyyou may get it cheaper...you can search Internet for pet transporter, and make enquireries. Good luck.

Thanks Valerie Ann, well we've got the passport sorted, ill probably travel ahead to rent a nice place for us both but haven't decided which form of transport would be easier on her (she's an old girl) yet... ill need sedation not her!!
Thanks for getting back to me,hope your move was the best thing you've ever done ... anything's better than the cost of breathing here:)!!!
