Hi I bank with bankia and am unable to call them on the english customer service number 0034 91 602 4680 as now unavailable and I am having issues logging on to online banking.

Have tried calling Caixa bank on 0034 93 887 2525 but all in spanish so get cut off as I don't speak Spanish.

Cant visit the branch as based in UK ! Does anyone else have this issue ? If anyone has a number for Bankia or Caixa that is English speaking I would be very grateful. I have also emailed them but as yet no replies

If it is any help I have the branch number for La Zenia, if it isn't your branch then maybe they can give you the correct number for your branch

0034 966 730 588

According to the information sent out today the merger will not be complete until the last quarter of this year and for now Bankia customers need to contact Bankia not Caixa as they are still running two separate systems.

I have received a letter from CaixaBank re the merger with ways to contact then-no phone numbers supplied! They ask that you go to their website www.caixabank.com and go to the Contact us section.

For complaints they quote  an email address service.cliente@caixabank.com

Helpfully, but surprisingly,  the letter is in English.

Just realised that although the account was originally mine and husbands name added later the entire letter makes no mention of me and everything is just his name! No gold star (or even a bronze) for them!

Us too. Although joint account it only has my husbands name but my correspondance was all in spanish so took me ages to translate. The number they provide is also spanish speaking.

I always log in in Spanish and everything comes up in Spanish (as you would expect) but yesterday after receiving the info I logged out and logged back in using the English option and the pdf document in the correspondance came up in English.  Maybe worth a try.
