I need to pay my Agamed Torrevieja water bill online via my Wise account - could somebody explain very simply how to do it - I am non resident and I am in England at the moment - I would like a ‘complete idiots’ guide as I am a complete techno phobe who is trying to learn🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi

I don't give a complete guide because I don't myself have an account with agamed.

However, follow this link https://www.agamed.es/registro and create your online account, if you haven't already got one. For identification, enter your NIE. For contract, enter your contract number, and then your email address. I believe it will then ask you to create a password. I hope you have these details to hand!

Once you're in you should be able to access and pay your bill.

btw  - if you use Google Chrome browser, it will automatically translate the pages into English.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Thank you so much Steve that was marvellous info - it still took me a looong time but I got there in the end! My main problem was getting Agamed to accept the amount owed - my fault - I didn’t realise they use a comma as a decimal point in Spain!

Ha ha!

The decimal point thing often catches me out when I do my tax return!

Glad to hear I've helped you out!

I have just done this with Agamed. I am non resident and am in the UK. I have a Wise euro account with a Belgian IBAN and BIC which can be found under your wise account setting up a DD. If you log into Agamed online then try to enter the IBAN it failed as the IBAN required a longer number. I had to use the online contact us within the Agamed account to ask for a DD form. Once you fill that in with the BIC and IBAN they need it sent back which can be done in the Agamed account by uploading it along with proof of the NIE and passport Info. Whole process took a couple of days and am now awaiting my quarterly DD to go out. Did this last month with iberdrola and their online account accepted the IBAN. Need to try to do the SUMA but that's more electronically challenging.
