Can anyone advise how I go about informing the relevant pension office of my uncles death to stop his Spanish pension?.

As I understand it, it's similar to the UK. You need to present the death certificate (certificado de defunción) to an INSS or CAISS office.

Hi Thankyou for your reply. Do you know how you find out which office to go too?. The dwp in the uk just required me to telephone and answer some questions for security. I didn’t need to send a death certificate.As I don’t live in Spain I would either need to travel or to send the certificate to the relevant office.
