Hi, I signed up to a new broadband contract today. After reading negative reviews I would like to cancel.
Does anyone know if there is a cooling off period for this without penalties?

Who are you with?...... I'm with airsat and they are very good. Been with them for a few years now and on the only time I've needed to call them to report a fault they sent an engineer within a couple of hours to fix it ..... good luck..
