We were with Connect Fibra who have now been taken over by Avatel. Our Internet is not working and when we phoned to advise them they said they couldn't find us and hung up. Considering that they have been taking payments every month I find this appalling. Can anyone advise what to do as a matter of urgency,

I had a contract with SattvPlus, which subsequently worked under various names ElReyDeLaFibra, Vegafibra, Gofibra, etc., but the official trade name remained unchanged Sattvplus.
They have also been taken over by Avatel, which apparently cannot handle it all well.
If I have a problem, I always write directly to the billing department. That helps!
Because Sattvplus has also been taken over, you can try to call their office in Torrevieja.
I can only help you with their telephone numbers and email addresses.
It's worth a try and if not, they may have a phone number you can call.

I would inform them in a email that you are cancelling your contract, I would look up DVBLAB an English company that I and many more use without an problem, I ha basic package 19 a month plus 149 installation,
Look up website and click in your Postcode and see if service is available in your area
That would like my approach to your problem, you cannot be trying to fix an ongoing problem

We have GoFibra which is part of the same Co. I find them helpful to deal with. The office we deal with is on Avenida de La Mancha just off the roundabout with the needle on Avenida Las Cortes Valenciana. They bring up my account from my mobile phone no or NIE no. I wonder do you need to update your account details. Do DVBlab have Fibre Optic or are they using the old Broadband system which has slower speeds. Not all areas are wired for Fibre.

Don't think Connect Fibra has ever been involved with Sattvplus?
latterly Vega Fibra,now Avatel.

I don't know this either but if they are now both part of Avatel, perhaps Sattvplus can help further with a phone number or email address

We have been with them for 8 years,and we don't recollect ever any involvement with Connest Fibra.
I have Googled Connect Fibra,and I will try to send you the literature,but I'm pretty useless at tech stuff
