After help from this forum we are finally getting Wi-Fi installed, the installation company have asked me to get the key to the network box from the president looking after my community??? How do I find out who this is??

Contact your administrators and they will be able to tell you or ask a neighbour. If you have only just purchased your solicitors should know who the administrators are as they should have contacted them to check for any debts on your property in respect of fees.
