Aeropuerto to torrevieja bus

Hi I am in possession of a rescheduled Alicante airport to torrevieja bus station timetable as given to me today at the torrevieja bus station, alterations have been made and it states the first bus to leave Alicante airport is 8am then every 2 hours thereafter = 8-10-12-14-16-18-20 and the last bus at 22.00 hours, so I would imagine buses leaving the torrevieja bus station are every 2 hours = 7-9-11-13-15-17-19-21.00 hours, but please check your journey time before you leave by visiting the torrevieja bus station.

I have to take my hire car back on Friday and will have to get the bus back to Torrevieja, what number is the bus and do you just pay the driver, I've never got a bus over here before.

Once you drop off the hire car, make your way to the second level = departure level, as I believe the car hire level is the first level = arrivals, when you come out on the second level there are bus stops/shelters  to your right, the first bus stop is signed torrevieja, you pay the driver 7 Euros and the bus goes directly to torrevieja bus station, there is no number but states torrevieja/airport, over a week ago the bus was running every 2 hours from the airport, first bus leaving at 8am thereafter 10,12,14,16,18,20 and the last bus at 22,00 hours, from torrevieja bus station the first bus leaving at 7am thereafter 9,11,13,15,17,19 and the last bus at 21,00 hours. Please remember this information was given to me on the 16th March as this was the new schedule put in place. The service is Monday to Sunday.

oh well, sorry mate, at least we tried, perhaps someone has a more recent update on timings? as you mentioned a 1300 bus? have a safe journey.
