Are all the buses from torettas areas suitable for wheelchair users
Hello
I would like to say yes but the older buses have very dodgy access. I was on one 2 weeks ago where the driver had to get out to extend the ramp - great, wheelchair on board. Unfortunately the ramp would not retract, another driver also assisted ( we were in central Torrevieja) but no success so we had to wait for a mechanic to come out
or get off & board the next bus along the route.
Ask the driver for assistance at the front doors before you go to the middle doors to board.
