Do you have to be a resident of Torrevieja in order to obtain a buspass I'm over 65'

Residentia is not required but you must sign on the Padron. There is no age limit.

You cannot sign.on the padron in Torrevieja unless you have appointment to become a resident or you are a resident,the bus pass is for resident only.
