I'm pretty sure, if they ceased trading then there wont be any numbers or emails to get hold of them. They no longer exist. Unfortunately it looks like your money doesnt anymore either. They will have just shut up shop and disappeared, same as lots of unscrupulous businesses. If you know the directors names, you could try denuncia, not that that's any use either but at least there would be a record.
